At Southside Performance Horses, LLC, we offer quality equines for sale that have been carefully trained and prepared for their next home. While we are not currently breeding or raising our own horses, we do take on select project horses to further their training and place them with the right owners. All available equines, both ours and client consignment horses, can be found under the "For Sale" page.
Our sale horses are priced based on their training level, temperament, and overall potential.

We also offer consignment services for clients looking to sell their horses.
Our goal is to present your horse in the best possible light, ensuring they are marketed accurately and placed in a suitable home.
• A one-month minimum stay is required for all consignment horses, which includes training, evaluation, and marketing. The cost is $800 per month, which covers training sessions (minimum of three rides/sessions per week) and advertising.
• Horses will not be listed for sale until they have been with us for one to two weeks to allow time for assessment, proper representation, and accurate marketing.
• We handle all buyer inquiries, answer questions, schedule and facilitate showings, and vet potential buyers to ensure a good match.
• The owner will always have final approval on any sale before the horse is officially sold.
• Once sold, Southside Performance Horses, LLC requires a 10% commission fee based on the final sale price.
While most consignment horses sell within the first or second month, if a horse remains in our program beyond the initial 30 days, the cost is $800 per additional month. This ensures the horse continues to receive regular work, stays in top condition, and remains fully prepared for buyer representation. Any additional costs, such as hay, will be added based on the current market price and must be paid before the horse is picked up.
