At Southside Performance Horses, LLC we breed, train, and sell our own stock which you will find on our website on the 'For Sale' page. We do however offer the option to help sell client horses, which you can also find listed on the same page.

We sell our own stock as yearlings and up with prices to match them. All of the horses we breed will be at minimum, Registered American Quarter Horses, sometimes they may be double registered as well. If you're interested, feel free to reach out to Drayton Stevenson-Bowman directly through the form or through FaceBook, as he mostly handles the sales of our own stock. Currently we are NOT allowing the reservation of foals, however if you watch the website and our FB page you can keep tabs on any new foals posted as 'up and coming' or for sale!

If you are looking to sell your own horse through us, we do require the monthly cost including training of $900/30 days. For the most part, Kacey Stevenson-Bowman will be handling the client horses for sale consisting of, at minimum, a week or two of work with the horse before listing them for sale. Once listed (online and on our website), she will continue light work with the horse to keep them in shape and ready for potential buyers. All homes, offers, and the knowledge of a possible buyer coming to try the horse will be run through the owner each time. The owner will always have the final say on a sale before the horse is officially sold. *Note: Once the horse is sold, Southside Performance Horses, LLC, does require an additional 10% of whatever the sale price is per horse.

Should the horse remain on property after the 30 days for any reason, Kacey Stevenson-Bowman and the Owner will discuss further options about the horse's stay, work, sale, and cost. The discussion would happen before the stay is over, however, any hay we may have to feed of our own, will be added on top of any fees owed using the current market price of hay before the horse can be picked up.
